Acoustic Treatment

Hello all, investor's meeting. I am planning a special Locals video to show my re-investment into my streams. However, I need to audio treat my room. I took out a carpet and now my room echoes really bad.

What can I put directly behind my monitor/microphone when I speak to reduce echoing? Do I have to put shit on my ceiling and back walls too?
